ROAD CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENTS

Valley Forge Road - Beginning May 20 - Valley Forge Road (also known as Township Line Road in front of Redners) will be closed from 7pm to 6am from Route 23 to Township Line Road for a PECO gas line project.  The nighttime closure will last until October 2024.

Schuylkill Road Closure - September 9 through 20 - Schuylkill Road will be closed weeknights between Hares Hill Road and Spring Hollow Road (between 8PM and 6AM) for road restoration following a PECO gasline project.   

LEGAL NOTICE 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the East Pikeland Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on September 25, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Township Building, 1158 Rapps Dam Road, Phoenixville PA, to consider Appeal 2024-05: Application of FSV 525 Schuylkill Road, LLC, appealing a Notice of Violation dated March 20, 2024, regarding noncompliant use of the property as an apartment building. The subject property is currently used for apartments and commercial office space, located at 525 Schuylkill Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460, identified as tax parcel 26-3-13 located within the MU Zoning District.

This application is available for in-person review at the Township Building during normal business hours. The application can be accessed online at eastpikeland.org under Public Notices.
