Kim Moretti has served as Township Manager since 1999.  As Manager she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the township including managing administrative, public works and police department functions.  She reports directly to the elected Board of Supervisors and works closely with the township consultants. 

Prior to her position in the township, Kim held a dual position of Grants Coordinator and Act 511 Coordinator in the City of Chester, Delaware County.  There she was responsible for preparing and submitting grant applications and managing all grant funding in the City. 

Kim began her career at Widener University where she served as Director of Alumni Relations for eleven years.  She holds two degrees from Widener; a B.A. in Political Science and a Masters Degree in Public Administration.  

A township resident since 2001, Kim is married and has two children.  In addition to her duties in East Pikeland, she currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of PA Intergovernmental Risk Management Association (PIRMA), a statewide municipal insurance pool.
