NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the East Pikeland Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on May 22, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Township Building, 1158 Rapps Dam Road, Phoenixville PA, to consider Appeal 2024-05: Application of FSV 525 Schuylkill Road, LLC, appealing a Notice of Violation dated March 20, 2024, regarding noncompliant use of the property as an apartment building. The subject property is currently used for apartments and commercial office space, located at 525 Schuylkill Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460, identified as tax parcel 26-3-13 located within the MU Zoning District.

This application is available for in-person review at the Township Building during normal business hours. The application can be accessed online at under Public Notices.
