Solicitation Permits

A permit is REQUIRED for all door-to-door solicitation within East Pikeland Township.

If someone is soliciting and cannot provide a valid permit upon request, please contact the East Pikeland Township Police Department. An officer will be dispatched when available to address the situation and direct the individual(s) to leave the Township.

Solicitation is only permitted during the following hours:

• Monday through Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• No Solicitation on Sundays or Federal Holidays

Per Township Ord. 137 – Persons engaging in political or religious advocacy are exempt from needing a permit. 

How do I apply for a Solicitation Permit?

If you would like to apply for a solicitation permit, please fill out the application and bring it to the township building with the appropriate payment in cash or check form.
