Permit Applications & Forms

Residential building permits take approximately three (3) weeks to process. Commercial building permits take up to six (6) weeks to process. Please plan accordingly. Please note: permit fees are doubled as a penalty if a project is started before applying and being issued necessary permits.

Print out the appropriate application form(s) for your project. EVERY application must include a plot plan. Please complete and return the completed form(s) for processing. You can hand-deliver the application(over 10 pages) to the township building or scan and email the application(under 10 pages) to zoning [at] eastpikeland.org (zoning[at]eastpikeland[dot]org). ALL permit submissions must include a detailed drawing/plot plan that clearly shows the scope of work to be completed.

Construction hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No construction is permitted on Sundays or legal holidays.

*A sample sketch plot plan for residential projects is provided for your reference in the list of forms below.

**Please see the separate document below regarding Tree Removal Permits if you believe such information may be pertinent to your project.
