The Building and Zoning Department directs applicants for any building project through the requirements of zoning, the permitting process, plan review, and necessary inspections for any project. The department also proactively addresses code enforcement matters that include the accumulation of trash or debris, inoperable or unlicensed vehicles, and certain other exterior property issues.
