Due to the change in venue, this hearing and the Board of Supervisors meeting will be in-person only.
The proposed amendment is intended to establish increased regulations, reporting requirements, and Township oversight through the Conditional Use approval process in the I and U District.
Residents are strongly encouraged to review the proposed amendment and the FAQ available on the Township website before the hearing. Reviewing these materials in advance will help ensure that questions and public comments are based on the actual language and intent of the amendment.
